NMCAA's Self-Guided Trainings
The following self-guided trainings are available as a resource for any Collaborative Center staff. At the end of each training, staff will complete a survey which will encourage them to reflect on their learning and incorporate the new information into their teaching practices. Completing the survey will also give staff credit for completing the training and will be linked to their MiRegistry account.

Professional Development Opportunities Available on ECLKC
- iPD: The iPD Portfolio is a learning management system created to support ongoing professional development for staff in Head Start and child care settings. It contains accessible, self-paced modules based on staff roles and interests. Some of the iPD courses have been approved by the State of Michigan to meet the professional development requirements for childcare providers to receive credit in MiRegistry. - ECLKC 15 Minute In-Service Suites: These 15-minute in-service suites are a professional development resource for staff in busy, active early childhood centers and programs. They are organized around one topic or big idea and address effective teaching and assessment practices.
