Monthly Paperwork
Directors will meet with the assigned Coordinator for a recap meeting each month. At this meeting, you will submit a packet of monthly paperwork from the previous month. This will consist of forms that are the same and due every month, and forms that vary from month to month. All of the forms are listed on the Monthly Checklists below.

Training and Subbing Reimbursement for Collaborative Centers
APOTS are required for any staff who will be subbing in a HS/EHS classroom contracted with NMCAA.
APOTS are required for any staff who will be subbing in a HS/EHS classroom contracted with NMCAA.
NMCAA will reimburse the contracted center for staff to be relieved of classroom duties for the following
duties/trainings/meetings:

- Time to lesson plan and work on GOLD assessments. Refer to your contract for information regarding the amount of time teachers at your center will receive per week.
- The allotted time to attend required professional development opportunities as identified on the Collaborative Center & Center-Based EHS Yearly Calendar for training plus drive time.
- 1 hour per month for staff receiving coaching from NMCAA.
- 1 hour per month for the lead teacher to attend monthly reflection and feedback meetings.
- 1 hour per month for the director to attend monthly recap meetings.
- Up to 5 hrs. for lead teachers to complete Interrater Reliability Certification. Certification will be renewed every five years.
- Other required meetings that require the center to provide a substitute for attendance.
Any requests for assistance in supporting costs of other trainings not provided or requested by NMCAA must be made to the CC & EHS Centers Manager at a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. Funding requests will be considered pending the availability of funds and are not guaranteed.
