  • Time to lesson plan and work on GOLD assessments. Refer to your contract for information regarding the amount of time teachers at your center will receive per week.
  • The allotted time to attend required professional development opportunities as identified on the Collaborative Center & Center-Based EHS Yearly Calendar for training plus drive time.
  • 1 hour per month for staff receiving coaching from NMCAA.
  • 1 hour per month for the lead teacher to attend monthly recap meetings.
  • Up to 5 hrs. for lead teachers to complete Interrater Reliability Certification. Certification will be renewed every five years.
  • Other required meetings that require the center to provide a substitute for attendance.
Any requests for assistance in supporting costs of other trainings not provided or requested by NMCAA must be made to the CC & EHS Centers Manager at a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. Funding requests will be considered pending the availability of funds and are not guaranteed.
