Provisional Services
While renovations are being completed for the EHS Learning Centers, enrolled families will receive home-based provisional services. Provisional services include weekly home visits using The Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, and Twos curriculum modified for use in the home. At each home visit, families and teachers work together to select and implement activities to support each child's development and support parenting. As parents/guardians are a child’s first teacher, home visits follow their lead. By sharing ideas, language, and expectations during home visits, families and teachers can begin to establish a connection between home and the classroom before centers are operational. |
Home Visits
Home visits engage parents/guardians in their child's learning and development. Through facilitated activities that promote parent-child interactions parents can support their child's learning and development.
Note: Due to the rise in COVID19 cases throughout the region, these visits may take place at another safe location that affords privacy or done remotely.
